New Classes This Fall
This October I’ll be opening a new season of classes designed to support creativity, expression, and mindful presence. These offerings are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and engage in practices that nurture both inner and outer balance. You’ll be guided in exploring new ways of expression, reflection, and embodiment.
The Classes
Creative Writing
Share your personal creative writings or a passage of your choosing in a group setting. Space for therapeutic sharing, listening, and discussion. This is a therapeutic creative writing group meant to both increase our writing skills and be heard in a safe group setting.
Tuesdays Online at 4pm PST.
Starting October 7th, 2025
Expressive Arts
Somatic practices like movement, sound, drawing, writing as methods of moving through emotion and awakening creatively. We will move through emotions and feelings through somatic expression. This is your own practice - sharing with the group is entirely optional. Materials to bring: oil pastels or watercolors and a large drawing pad.
Thursdays Online at 4pm PST
Starting October 23rd, 2025
Meditation
Breathwork, simple yogic postures, and sitting meditation to open up the energy centers in the body, restore nervous system balance, tune in to your intuition, and allow space for contemplative insight. Move through experiences with the breath and practice focusing your mind.
Saturdays Online 10am PST
Starting November 1st, 2025
