A young woman with curly brown hair, wearing a white blouse with buttons, is outdoors in a wooded area. She has her right hand on her chest and is looking at the camera with a gentle expression.

Hi! My name is Morgan and I’m so glad you are here. I am a somatic practitioner and nature-based guide from California, currently based in the pacific northwest. I am also a gardener, artist, and writer! I use my multi-skill set to provide essential resources for cultivating a life deeply connected to nature, soul, and vibrant health. Over the past 11 years I have studied herbs, nutrition, yoga and meditation, psychology, horticulture, and spirituality to get deep into what it means to heal, be well, and live a balanced and joyful life.

I am certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a certified Yoga Teacher through intensive and immersive training with Golden Bridge Yoga that focused specifically on kundalini/kriya yoga. This practice works with breath, meditation, mantra, and postures in order to heighten the practitioner’s awareness and facilitate profound healing.

I also hold a Bachelor of Art’s degree from Cal Poly, as well as, have one year completed of a Master’s in Counseling Psychology program from Meridian University where I was taught how to facilitate expressive arts therapeutic sessions, as well as, utilize imaginal process to bridge different aspects of the psyche to create a more cohesive internal experience and more authentic experience of oneself.

My studies and practices have always been intertwined with the seasonal rhythms of nature - the wisdom of trees, beauty of flowers, and the songs of birds and streams. Healing, to me, is an inner and outer experience of true nature.

I work with non-profits, individuals, and businesses to bring ecological restoration, beauty, and peace to internal and external spaces.
